ESCAPEE
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains what ESCAPEE collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the iOS and Android apps.
We have tried to write this so it is actually readable. If anything here is unclear, email support@stockintel.app and we will fix the wording.
Almost nothing. ESCAPEE has no accounts, no login, no analytics SDK of our own, and no server that stores your data.
The following is written to your device only, and is never transmitted to us:
| Stored on your device | What it is |
|---|---|
| Level progress | Which levels you have completed |
| Personal bests | Your best step count per level |
| Ad-free entitlement | Whether you have purchased Remove Ads |
| Settings | Music on/off |
This lives in the app's own local storage. It is removed when you delete the app. We cannot see it, and we cannot restore it for you if it is lost — with one exception: your Remove Ads purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account, not to your device, so it can always be recovered with Restore Purchases (see below).
ESCAPEE shows ads through Google AdMob. Two placements: a banner on the home screen, and an occasional full-screen ad after finishing a level.
To serve those ads, Google may collect and process:
We do not receive this data ourselves. It is collected by Google as an independent controller under its own policies:
ESCAPEE does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. On iOS it does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it never asks to use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.
The Remove Ads in-app purchase permanently disables advertising. This is not a cosmetic toggle: once purchased, the advertising system is not started at all, so no ad requests are made and no ad-related data is collected by Google through this app.
Remove Ads is a one-off, non-consumable in-app purchase.
Payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card details, billing address, or Apple/Google account credentials. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase completed.
Your ad-free entitlement is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to the device you bought it on. That means it survives reinstalling the app, resetting the device, or moving to a new phone.
To recover it, tap Restore Purchases on the title screen. This asks the App Store or Google Play whether that account has previously bought Remove Ads, and restores it if so. No payment is taken and nothing is charged again.
The app also checks quietly for a previous purchase each time it starts, so in most cases ad-free status returns on its own without you doing anything.
Apple and Google's own policies govern the payment itself:
ESCAPEE is suitable for all ages. Because children may play it, every ad request is marked as child-directed: ads are non-personalised, limited to G-rated content, and not used to track anyone.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat, and we never ask players to create an account or give a name, email address or other contact details.
Parents and guardians: if you have a question about your child's use of ESCAPEE, or believe your child has provided personal information through the app, email support@stockintel.app and we will respond and delete anything we are able to.
| You want to… | How |
|---|---|
| Stop tracking | Nothing to do. ESCAPEE does not track you or use the IDFA for tracking |
| Opt out of personalised ads (Android) | Settings → Google → Ads |
| Remove ads entirely | Buy Remove Ads in the app |
| Delete everything we hold on-device | Delete the app |
Because we hold no personal data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to delete on request — but if you have questions about that, ask.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects what is collected, note it in the app's release notes.
