Terms of Service

By accessing or using StockIntel AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately. These terms apply to all visitors and registered users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions on the Service.

StockIntel AI is free to use. The only purchase is one optional, one-time £4.99 “Remove Ads” in-app purchase (or the local equivalent) in the iOS and Android apps. It is processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat.

Some features require a free account, which you can create with an email address and password or by signing in with Google or Apple. These include the full stock list, the dashboard (watchlist and price/rating alerts), and full personalised picks. Other features — such as Predict, trending and top stocks, and basic browsing — are available without an account.

Paid subscriptions to StockIntel AI were previously offered on the website (billed through Stripe) and in the iOS and Android apps (billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play). They are no longer sold, and no new subscriptions can be started.

Any charges made while subscriptions were offered were governed by these Terms as they stood at the time of purchase and by the refund policy of the platform that processed the payment. Refund requests for those charges should be made to the original platform:

• Website (Stripe) charges: email support@stockintel.app with the email address registered to your account.
• Apple App Store charges: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds for Apple-billed purchases directly.
• Google Play charges: request a refund through Google Play, in line with Google Play's refund policies.

All content — including AI-generated analysis, analyst consensus ratings, and price data — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. You must not rely on this Service as the sole basis for any investment decision. See our full Disclaimer for details.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any security measures.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any disruptive code.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content, branding, AI-generated analysis, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of StockIntel AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockIntel AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made in reliance on the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
